Clare trained at the British School of Osteopathy and qualified with a BSc in Osteopathy in 1994. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOC) and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA). Clare practices both Structural and Cranial Osteopathy.
Since qualifying she has worked principally in two practices. She works alongside other osteopaths and often in conjunction with other specialist practitioners such as homeopaths, acupuncturists, and allopathic medical care.
Prior to training as an osteopath she trained and qualified as an RGN at Southampton University Hospital. She worked as a Staff Nurse in mainly acute medicine, orthopaedics and A&E.

Zoë's interest in Osteopathy was sparked from an early age after seeing her Mum's back pain diagnosed and treated by an Osteopath. After gaining a Masters Degree in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, Zoë began work as an Associate Osteopath in Southwold before also joining Howe Osteopaths. Zoë qualified as an osteopath in 2013. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOC)
Treatments with Zoë can include both Structural and Cranial Osteopathy.
Whilst completing her degree, Zoë gained a Diploma in Naturopathy to provide tailored diet and lifestyle advice. Patients appreciate her friendly and empathetic approach to a wide range of conditions, with a special interest in chronic pain and rheumatological conditions.
